Prior to the day of travel I contacted them by the num ... Do not use Kesatuan Express Bus! They will cancel your bus and will not refund you. We booked with Kesatuan Express bus to go from KL to Lumut. Prior to the day of travel I contacted them by the number available on their website and had a response. On the day of travel we arrived at the TBS 30 minutes early as advised. After waiting for 1hour 30minutes the TBS staff told us the bus was cancelled due to “big problem” and no replacement was given. They said to contact Kesatuan directly for a refund. Immediately I contacted Kesatuan Express by WhatsApp and Email and in 3 days after multiple contact attempts have had no response (see screenshots). Kesatuan Express Bus are extremely unprofessional, unreliable and fraudulent. Don’t book with them as they won’t provide the service you are paying for. The reviews on Red Bus and Bus Online Booking are obviously fake because all of their Google Reviews are so terrible!
