Worst bus service. I had taken this bus ticket for Kuala Besut to TBS. My bus was delayed beyond 4 hours so I had to get down before reaching my destination. My bus was delayed beyond 4 hours so I had to get down before reaching my destination. The drivers were laughing and making jokes even though I told them in the beginning of the journey that I had an international flight to catch 6 hours after the scheduled busdrop time. That time they assured us that the bus would be just 45 mins late. However they kept stopping at various locations to pick up and drop passengers and did not use any toll road despite the immense traffic. Also kept tailgating on the slower lanes when they saw us so agitated. Kept passing racial comments and laughed that I was complaining as a woman when we were around 2.5 hours late already. Ultimately we got down at 8 pm at Toll Gombak( still around 1.5 hrs away from destination TBS) and had to take a cab to the airport because my flight was at 10:30. It is completely unacceptable if a bus is delayed beyond 4 hrs for a 7 hr route without any specific road calamity. They waste people's time . I was on the verge of missing my expensive flight because of this hopeless bus.
