Untuk trip ke TBS pengecas wayar USB tidak berfungsi dan tandas tidak boleh digunakan. Untuk trip balik ke Dungun amat mengerikan. Seat tidak berfungsi. Perehat kaki tidak dapat dinafikan, seat tak boleh dijatuhkan, USB charger tidak berfungsi, tandas tidak dapat digunakan. Dengan harga tiket bernilai RM50 jika dibandingkan dengan harga tiket bas lain dalam lingkungan RM35-40 amat saya kecewa... Pengalaman seperti menaiki bas rapid dalam dari TBS ke Dungun. Teramat tidak layak untuk dijadikan bas dalam kategori premium.
