The bus arrived late, not only late it went and pick up people at a few stations before it depart. Then it’s suppose to stop at tbs only but it still drop people at hentian duta. I booked 3 tickets from stesen kulim to tbs kuala lumpur and 1 ticket from penang central to tbs kuala lumpur as well. I bought it to all my friends so that we can go back to our university. I bought it to all my friends so that we can go back to our university. Unfortunately, earlier in the morning on the day we are going to depart, as the one who bought those 4 tickets from redbus, i receive a message told that there will be another bus will catch us up instead of the one i bought the tickets for. We are totally upset since the bus appeared with number plate BLB is all in white conditioned and totally no logo or name on it. Its look like bas kilang you know? but in a white colour. Since we bought it for single seat, we are not satisfied because we got economy class's bus conditioned. And the aircond as well didn't functioned well. Not only that there are functionless of curtain which i couldn't adjust to cover me up, broken armrest, and no legrest detected since i bought premium seat! We are totally marah you know. Even when the bus jalan, the door bump itself bunyi gededangg! Like howwwww?! Pintu pun tak boleh tutup. Rasa tak selamat doo. Then to add in, jpj tahan pulakk kat highway. Then half of us had been investigated. Then cannot hold on this, four of us decided to turun at penang central and go on by ourself to our university. Thus, with honour i on behalf of all my friends want refund for our money since we are all students and money is important to ourselves. oh one more thing, i need to tell this jokes. Since we all know the highway are all cramped due to the raya season, and what is funny is, we terserempak the bus that we are all supposed to naik that day and we passed the bus with laugh. So slowww. The thing is we were glad to go to our uni by ourself cause its more cepat you know. The things why i post it here is all because the customer feedback system that i have been told by the customer service to tell the further info on this problem is, the system just allowed 300 words to go💆🏻‍♀️. What a stupid customer feedback
