De testigos están dos personas de la estación para dar información de que yo estuve allí antes de mi hora y pueden mirar las cámaras de la estación. He pedido la devolución del importe ya que he pagado por partida doble y flix bus me lo deniega por su política de devolución. Tuve que volver a pagar, coger el siguiente bus que venía de ruta de otra ciudad y venía súper sucio. Lavabos intratables, sin duda una mala gestión, y un abusivo trato al cliente. Sin duda no volveré a utilizarlo. Hay una variedad inmensa de opciones.
