Pésima experiencia tenía pasaje de viña del mar con destino a serena, el bus llegó con 60 minutos de atraso, y luego de 20 minutos de viaje quedó en pana ,supuestamente vendría un bus de santiago a buscarnos pero demoraria 3 horas, al final el bus empezó avanzar quedando varias veces parados en la ruta, cuando ya no dió más el viaje quedamos botados en la ruta y tuvimos que tomar un bus por nuestros propios medios , y más encima no devuelven la plata del pasaje , nunca más viajo con romani. Sinvergüenzas
