We were on a curve, and he could have politely asked him to sit down and wait a bit... but no! He yelled at my husband, "fatphobia," (fatphobia, an unacceptable prejudice), imitated him, and ridiculed him. A man in his 80s was outraged by the driver's rudeness and politely asked him to treat us with respect, but unfortunately, the driver also verbally abused him, yelling if this was a problem for him. This is the second time we were mistreated by a driver from this company. I'm a 53-year-old woman with ADHD and a terrible anxiety attack due to the way we were treated. I had to go to the emergency room when I arrived in BCN because my blood pressure was very high (18/8) after being treated like garbage. We are customers; we pay for the service; we don't travel as a favor. These drivers are unprepared to deal with human beings. The bus was N728 from Milan at 3 AM to Barcelona Nord at 6 PM
