However, neither at the scheduled time nor later did the bus arrive. I had to pay for a taxi to Barcelona. I had an appointment at the UK Visa Application Center. This is really disappointing. It's disgusting. You can't rely on this carrier. Never. Especially if you're traveling with luggage! This is not the first time that drivers have not followed the schedule. Avoid this company !

So I wouldn't blame them specifically. But for an question they would like to have a "locator number" from the ticket. On the English ticket id nothing called so and so on.... Later the bus was sold as a ride without changes. But since we where the only two people on this on demand bus we had according to the driver "change to car". Commercials told us service in English... But turns out he meant "change the bus". We where seated in an not as bus plana labeled old bus that didn't look or sound safe from the outside. It was full nearly to the last seat. And on my seat was liquid. Hope for a spilled drink but fear it was urine. At the end we arrived in time. But not with the promised experience and me with my last trousers for this holiday wet with who knows what. Based on this experience I am glad I was able to catch my flight in time but would never ever book bus plana again.
