Ayer por la tarde(día 03/12/2024) el Conductor que cubre la ruta de Madrid a Plasencia, con salida a las 16.10h tuvo una serie de comportamientos que voy a detallar a continuación. Mi hermana acompañaba a mis padres de 86 años y 84 años) desde Madrid en el autobús. Los 3 tenía billete para Puerto Castilla, al llegar al Pueblo yo me encontraba esperando para ayudar a mi hermana porque traían bastante equipaje. Mi hermana se bajó para recoger las maletas, que estaban al otro lado de las puertas para bajarlas mientras mis padres bajaban. El conductor, Rodi que lleva muchos años, nos conoce perfectamente porque somos de las pocas personas que en invierno viajamos y mis padres de los pocos que viven en el pueblo. Al bajar las maletas mi hermana va a ayudar a mi madre a bajar del autobús y justo el conductor cierra las puertas y reanuda la marcha, le gritamos tanto uno como el otro y no hizo ni caso. Mis padres, que estaban dentro del autobús era ya bastante de noche(19.05h) y no se había dado cuenta de les había dejado. Yo rápidamente llamo por teléfono a mi madre y la mujer se dan un susto grandísimo y le dicen al conductor que no se habían bajado. El Conductor decide parar el autobus en el Puerto de Tornavacas, a 4km de Puerto Castilla y les abandona allí. Les baja del autobús y arranca sin más. Cuando yo llego a recogerles estaban allí los hombres esperando. Ha sido un breve resumen de todos los acontecimientos ocurridos. Hemos hecho 2 reclamaciones y a día de hoy no se ha puesto la empresa en contacto con nosotros.
