El 7 de septiembre de 2025 viajaba con OUIGO desde Sevilla Santa Justa a Madrid (11:10 h). Mi billete contenía un error en el uso del descuento “Verano Joven” (lo compré junto a mi hermano y, por equivocación, se aplicó su código). Reconozco ese error, pero lo que viví durante el viaje fue un trato inadmisible, lleno de contradicciones y coacciones. 1. En el embarque: la trabajadora identificada como Carolina (ID:523) me negó la entrada alegando que mi billete no era válido. En ningún momento se me ofreció la opción de regularizar el billete ni pagar diferencia alguna; simplemente me apartaron de la fila y se me dijo que mi billete “no valía”, sin alternativas ni explicaciones claras. 2. Entrada al tren: una compañera que estaba pasando códigos QR me dejó finalmente pasar al tren, sin requerir documentación adicional. Esto pone de manifiesto la falta de coherencia en el control y en la aplicación del procedimiento. 3. Ya dentro del tren: Carolina y otra compañera me obligaron a levantarme de mi asiento y me llevaron a las escaleras, donde, con un trato intimidatorio, me comunicaron que en la parada de Córdoba tendría que bajar y que no se harían responsables. Durante el episodio me dirigieron expresiones como “Cállate” y “Es problema tuyo”. 4. En Córdoba: se cumplió la amenaza: me vi obligada a descender del tren en la estación de Córdoba y me dejaron sola en el andén, mientras mis pertenencias quedaban a bordo. Me sentí abandonada y sin alternativa. 5. Contradicción y coacción: tras quedarme tirada en Córdoba y bajo una enorme presión emocional (estaba llorando y en llamada con mi tutor, que fue testigo indirecto), me ofrecieron pagar la “regularización” por 99 € —una opción que en el embarque no me ofrecieron—. Me vi coaccionada a abonar ese importe para poder recuperar mis pertenencias y continuar el viaje. 6. He presentado la correspondiente hoja de reclamaciones a OUIGO y procedo con denuncia ante la Policía y reclamación ante Consumo.
