The bus was more than 2 hours late, and there was no communication from the company informing us - we had to phone them 3 times to ask when the bus will arrive and each time were ... The bus driver did not speak English, and was very rude when I tried to ask how long the break will be and just kept pushing me out of the bus. The bus was extremely dirty and smelled, the floors were sticky and the toilet was not working. Worst experience ever, avoid AT ALL COST.
