Vozač autobusa vozio je izrazito agresivno, po zavojima gdje je ograničenje 30-40 km/h vozio je 80-100. Preticao je aute i motocikliste na lokalnoj cesti prije samih zavoja. Tipkao je po mobitelu i pričao na mobitel tijekom vožnje. Derao se na putnike i sebi uzimao novce. Nismo dobili slip za prtljagu, ali je naplatio. Gospođi je uzeo 20€ za kartu koja na internetu košta 13,50€ te joj nije dao kartu u fizičkom obliku i derao se na nju kad je tražila istu.Tvrdio je da se ne može platiti karticom jer aparat ne radi. Nikad nisam imala gore iskustvo.
