Vjerovatno je voda iz klime curila tih 400 km po njemu. Na mail koji sam im poslala, uredno su oprali ruke. Sramota od prometa. Daleko najgori prijevoznici. Nebi nikome preporucila. NIKAD!!!

Neugodno iskustvo na samom ukrcaju putnika .Kondukter stoji pored prtljažnika skenira karte ljepi trakice na kofere koje putnici sami moraju slagati u prtljažnik ..Bus krece u 8 sati .Dolazim do njega ljepo pozdravi on šuti pružim kartu izvolite skenira on kartu i kaže to nije za ovaj bus pitam jel idu dva busa u 8 kaže otkud da ja znam .Ok uzmem kofer i maknem se trazim drugi bus ali ga nema .I tako 10 min već me lovi panika vidim ukrcaj je pri kraju vraćam se ponovo izlazi vozač pozdravim i on odgovori na pozdrav ČUDOOO molim da pogleda kartu .Vozač pogleda i kaže to je taj bus pozurite s prtljagom .Kažem mu da mi je njegov kolega rekao da to nije taj bus u to dolazi kondukter i kaze ko vam je to reko ja mu kazem vi gospodine ma je baš .Zaljepi na kofer trakicu kartu ni ne traži i posla me da ostavim kofer .Uguram ja nekako kofer jer je sve vec puno .Dodem do prvi vrata tamo sjedi djevojka pokažem joj invalidsku iskaznicu i zamolim da mi pomogne oko ulaska u bus .Djevojka ljubazna ponudi da sjednem dole da ce ona zamoliti putnika da zamjenimo mjesta .Odbila sam jer je to bila ekipa nisam htjela da ih razdvajam .Popela sam se gore sjela i pokušavam se smiriti od panike . Ovim putem zahvaljujem se vozaču i toj djevojci bili su ljubazni i pristojni .KONDUKTER TREBA NA EDUKACIJU OČITAVANJA KARATA a treba i edukaciju o ljepom ponašanju djelatnik kakvog ne treba imati ni jedna firma .
