I was wondering who was going to check the area, when the bus stopped at Plymouth, but no one did. We had a stop at a service station which was unexpected for drinks not long before we got to Heathrow. Not sure I would feel safe at night as a woman travelling alone. I checked out where the bus stopped was the week before as on Saturdays the station has no staff to ask. I think when you book transport the companies rely on you doing your own homework. Does anyone from the company read these ratings? I haven’t seen any replies from the Customer Services. It would be nice to see they take the complaints and observations seriously.
