Le 11 mai 2026, des effets personnels m'ont été volés à bord du bus Toulouse–Madrid. Sur conseil du conducteur lui-même, j'avais contacté la Police nationale espagnole, qui devait intervenir à l'arrivée à Madrid pendant que les passagers étaient encore à bord. Le chauffeur a ouvert les portes sans attendre la police, rendant toute recherche impossible, alors qu'il aurait suffi d'attendre quelques minutes, ou de contacter la police présente dans la gare routière. Depuis, j'ai contacté FlixBus à de nombreuses reprises. Résultat : des réponses copier-coller, des renvois d'un service à l'autre, et un refus catégorique de remboursement de mon billet, malgré la faute manifeste de leur personnel. Je recommande vivement ALSA et BlaBlaBus, compagnies présentes à Madrid qui desservent les mêmes destinations, avec un service client autrement plus sérieux.
