El día viernes 13 de marzo a las 23:30 viajamos de Temuco a Santiago, para mí y mi pareja fue un pésimo viaje, donde pagamos 80 mil pesos por dos asientos en el segundo piso, pasamos mucho frío, le pedimos frazadas al auxiliar un tipo alto y delgado de lentes fue super poco amable hasta pesado para responder donde nos dice un rotundo NO al pedirle lo mencionado anteriormente. Me quedé sin batería en el celular, que lástima que los enchufes tengan solo entrada USB para cargar, podrían gestionar que también tengan entrada C. Por otro lado, el bus veía super rápido, varias veces sonó esa alarma por el exceso de velocidad. Es super frustrante pagar tanto dinero por un mal servicio. Entiendo que en la época de la pandemia dejaron prestar frazadas o mantas a los pasajeros, pero ya han pasado hartos años de eso y también daban una colación, ahora nada de nada!! MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. Sé que no harán nada al respecto, porque tienen muchos reclamos y poca resolución de éstos, pero al menos lo estoy visibilizando para que de cierta manera tomen las precauciones las personas que viajan con ustedes.

Siempre elegía esta línea, por que sus asientos son cómodos, buses amplios y excelente atención, pero el último viaje fue un desastre, la pasajera qué me toco de compañia era una ordinaria de tomo y l ... Siempre elegía esta línea, por que sus asientos son cómodos, buses amplios y excelente atención, pero el último viaje fue un desastre, la pasajera qué me toco de compañia era una ordinaria de tomo y lomo qué no respetaba ni su espacio, más encima asquerosa, no pude pedir cb de asiento porque ya iba lleno, bus asquerosamente hediondo y no hacían nada al respecto, solo prender el aire acondicionado para resfriarme. Nunca hubo cb de chófer y el asistente parece que solo dormía. Nunca más Transantin, y cobran carisimo para el servicio que entregan.

Tercera vez que viajo en esta linea de bus y fue un error nuevamente, el pasaje estaba caro, vibra como cama de mote, te tiran el aire acondicionado frío en la cara toda la noche y solo pasa en esta marca y en todas las veces que viaje, el loco que venía hablando adelante venía vamos tosiendo como si tuviera que sacar el amarillo de la garganta y nisiquiera se ponía mascarilla pero lo que molio fue que pedí que me cambiarán, el asiento y el chico me dijo cuando pasemos en Temuco, después solo me miró y se fue, pero es que los USB vienen todos destruidos, y no es por tanto por el uso es por qué no les hacen mantencion, de los cuatro que estaban en los asientos estaban todos malos y uno de ellos en ves de cargar se te descarga igual por el ultra bajo nivel del cargador,y es un servicio que ofrecen así como dicen que tienen wifi, solo se preocupan de la apariencia todo lo demás pésimo, si tuviera que describir una comparación seria como un tarro con asiento, una lata y te vas con el viento en la cara, todas las veces reclamo directo y luego la vuelven a encender
