Actualmente voy en viaje a Pucon (22.05 Salon cama 2 de Octubre) viaje que hago frecuentemente a ver a mis padres, en este caso con mi hijo de 13 años, el acomodador de manera muy irrespetuosa me llam ... Actualmente voy en viaje a Pucon (22.05 Salon cama 2 de Octubre) viaje que hago frecuentemente a ver a mis padres, en este caso con mi hijo de 13 años, el acomodador de manera muy irrespetuosa me llamó la atención por reclinar mucho el asiento, le dije que por favor se calmara y que el asiento estaba en la posición correcta , luego de seguir increpándonos y yo pidiendo que se calmara, procedió a amenazarne a mí y a mi hijo y a faltarme el respeto hasta que se cansó, negándose incluso a darme su nombre y diciéndome que él podía bajar a quien quisiera del bus, incluso con mi hijo, la verdad yo soy una persona bastante calmada y gracias a Dios mantuve esa calma para no contentar ninguna de sus agresiones. Tomó frecuentemente esta línea con mis hijos menores de edad, y encuentro inaceptable que uno sea amenazado de forma agresiva, despectiva y arrogante por el personal del bus. Favor informar las acciones que puedan tomar al respecto. Sin perjuicio de ello, me veo en la obligación de informar al Sernac ya que esta es una agresión verbal sin precedentes y inaceptable, con mi hijo tremendamente asustado y llegar a dejar una constancia en carabineros de Pucon por agresión. Intenté poner el reclamo por la pagina pero fue imposible. Y quiero dejar la constancia ahora que voy en viaje por cualquier otra agresión que nos pueda generar esta persona o daño a mi equipaje, dado que me pidió el boleto de mi equipaje. De antemano agradezco puedan tomar cartas en el asunto, creo que nunca más vamos a poder viajar nuevamente tranquilos si nos pudiese tocar esta persona y menos viajando con mis hijos menores de edad siempre; el cual actualmente va muy asustado en el viaje.
