Asientos chicos y muy duros, cinturón de seguridad rígido por lo que no puedes viajar cómodo, atención del conductor buena, calefacción ok, no tiene cortinas ni separadores por lo que es super incómodo, pero paraba a cada rato por lo que llegamos tarde a destino. No lo recomiendo

El bus llegó con 40 minutos de retraso al terminal porque supuestamente la máquina había fallado y tuvieron que enviar otra. Por la misma razón la máquina que llegó venía en pésimas condiciones de hig ... Por la misma razón la máquina que llegó venía en pésimas condiciones de higiene. Afortunadamente, el personal es amigable y atento y el joven que acompaña al chofer hizo aseo en el bus durante el viaje. Debido a que vendían pasajes en todos pueblos habidos y por haber, nos retrasamos dos horas en llegar a Santiago. No lo recomiendo para nada.
