Despite providing all the details (date, time, route, and a full description of the jacket), they were unable to locate it and offered no compensation or meaningful assistance. What’s even more frustrating is how unhelpful and impersonal the support was. It felt like they didn't care at all about the loss or the inconvenience. For a company that transports thousands of passengers daily, a more organized and responsible lost & found system should be the minimum. After this experience, I will no longer use Flibco and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone who values proper customer care.
