The toilet smelt disgusting when flushed and the smell lingered through the bus. I asked my daughter to collect us at Newton Abbot as we couldn't travel any longer on the coach. I went onto live chat and complained but was told I had to complain when I got home! I was eventually given a link so I could fill out a complaint form, the return e mail told me I would hear back in 15 days!!!
