Obwohl wir aufgrund von Checkout Zeiten bereits 3std vor Abfahrt am Busbahnhof waren, ist der Bus ohne uns abgefahren. Wir können es uns bis jetzt nicht erklären, da wir jeden Bus nach unserer Nummer abgesucht haben. Auch der Kundenservice war eine extreme Ernüchterung, wärend wie Angst hatten in Lagos zu stranden und unsere Reise nicht planmäßig versetzen zu können, wurden mir von 3 verschiedenen Stellen ( Chat mit "Experte"/ Telefonat über die offizielle Nummer) die unterschiedlichsten Dinge erzählt. Absolut unprofessionell. Nachdem ein Mitarbeiter uns Hoffnung machte, dass es unter diesen Umständen eine vollständige Rückerstattung unserer Buchung gibt, sagt uns die Frau am Telefon das der Kollege sich wohl vertan haben muss, sie allerdings ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen kann. 6std später steigen wir Gott sei dank in den einzigen anderen Bus der uns nach Sevilla bringt. Nachdem wir also einen ganzen Tag unserer Reise verloren haben, ganz abgesehen von dem mentalen Stress, kontaktieren wir den Kundenservice erneut. Diese Mal wird uns gesagt, dass der Kollege welcher uns eine volle Rückerstattung zusagt, mit Sicherheit wüsste wovon er rede, man an der Stelle jetzt dennoch nicht helfen könne. Im Endeffekt konnte uns keiner weiter helfen, wir haben 100€ statt 40€ bezahlt und lächerliche 9,98€ erstattet bekommen. Für jemand der "On a Bugget" reist und unter 25 ist, definitiv ein Verlust.
