i was travelled from TBS to KT FOR business purpose. Pilih bas ini kerana ingin sampai awal tetapi bas lewat selama 47 minit di TBS tanpa sebarang makluman dari pihak bas dan tiada permohonan maaf dilakukan oleh pemandu bas sedangkan hari dan waktu perjalanan bukan peak hours. Perjalanan yang sepatutnya mengambil 5-7 jam menjadi 11 jam walaupun jalan tidak sesak. Pemandu hanya membawa bas 50 km/hours. Sepanjang perjalanan pihak bas hanya berhenti 2 kali untuk ke tandas sahaja dan diingatkan hanya untuk 15 minit sahaja. Pemandu tidak berhenti untuk makan dan solat. Sangat memalukan kerana pemandu adalah beragama islam. Mohon latih pemandu dan tambah baik dari segi mutu perkhidmatan dan servis perjalanan. Jangan hanya kenakan bayaran mahal pada tempat duduk sahaja. TQ
