The seats were extremely uncomfortable, making the long journey even worse. To make matters worse, the driver drove very roughly after Aliwal North approaching Queenstown, which felt unsafe. Overall, the service was terrible and far below standard. This was my worst bus experience ever, and I will definitely not be using Eagle Liner again. Passengers should be clearly informed about what they are booking. It’s unfair to surprise people at the last minute when boarding. Absolutely the worst experience
