What a horrible experience. Our bus was 2 hours late or delayed or whatever. They don't even have the audacity to make an announcement or apologise as expected. Regardless if you have money or not, otherwise they refuse you from entering the bus. They have no mercy and manners these people. And the cherry on the cake is, the bus go stuck without diesel, because apparently the gage didn't work. For heavens sake man, after 3 hours of standing on the road the diesel came and we left. Just as we left, the bus broke again. THEY TRAP THE PEOPLE WITH THEIR CHEAP TICKETS AND GIVE US BULLSHIT SERVICE. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT SHOULD BAN THIS COMPANY FROM THIS KAK!!!

Worst service ever. Waited for 5 hours and when the bus finally arrived we were told we'd need to change to another bus in Prince Albert Junction on N1. That was another hour of delay.
