17.01.2025 tarihinde İstanbul Esenler Otogarı’ndan saat 23.30 kalkışlı İstanbul–İzmir seferi için İstanbul Kalesi firmasıyla yolculuk yapmaktaydım. Araç daha yola çıkar çıkmaz 3.30’a kadar sürekli tit ... 17.01.2025 tarihinde İstanbul Esenler Otogarı’ndan saat 23.30 kalkışlı İstanbul–İzmir seferi için İstanbul Kalesi firmasıyla yolculuk yapmaktaydım. Araç daha yola çıkar çıkmaz 3.30’a kadar sürekli titreye titreye ilerledi ve sonunda araçtan sesler gelmeye başlayıp araç arızalandı. Bize bir usta geleceği söylendi ancak kimse gelmedi. Daha sonra saat 6.50 civarında İstanbul’dan yolcu indirip buraya gelecek bir araç ayarlandığı bilgisi verildi, bu araç da yaklaşık 7.30 gibi ancak gelebildi. Yeni araca geçtiğimizde bu sefer eski araçtaki bavullarımız ortada yoktu. Eski araçtan yeni araca bagaj aktarılırken aracın havası kaçırıldığı, bu nedenle bagaj bölmesinin açılamadığı söylendi. Yolculara bagajların sağ salim teslim edileceği söylenerek ikna edilmeye çalışıldık, ancak bu belirsizlik içinde yolculuğa devam etmek zorunda bırakıldık. Şu anda ise daha yeni yola çıkmış durumdayız, yaklaşık 7,5 saattir yoldayız ve ancak Bolu civarına gelebildik. Şoförlerle yaptığımız görüşmelerde ustanın geleceği, aracın şu saatte geleceği gibi sözler verilmesine rağmen hem usta gelmedi hem de belirtilen saatte yeni araç gelmedi, hiçbir somut çözüm sunulmadı. Bu süreçte hem ciddi zaman kaybı yaşadık hem de bagajlarımızla ilgili güven sorunu oluştu. Ben bu kadar ihmalkâr, plansız ve yolcuyu mağdur eden bir hizmet anlayışının denetlenmesini ve gerekli yaptırımların uygulanmasını, firmanın bu şekilde hizmet vermeye devam etmemesi için gereken her türlü işlemin ilgili merciler tarafından yapılmasını talep ediyorum.
