In fact a bus depart ... Had a trip Thessaloniki-Istanbul on August 5. Before I had the same trips with CrazyHolidays and LilianExpress, so I know what to compare with. 1) Scheduled departure time 00:15. In fact a bus departed at 00:55. Drivers were smoking, drinking coffee, and talking in the street all this time.. The bus was with the lights and crazy AС on all this time 2) There was no wi-fi either in Greece or Turkey. Why? and nobody cared. 3) no leg 'shelves' attached to the seats. 4) Usually a ride takes 10 hours. Here it took 11 hours. 5) they did not offer water, only snacks. Usually, water is supplied personally at the beginning of the trip and after the country border. Here - no. Maybe the water was placed somewhere and you need to grab it by yourself, but still/ 6) Office in Thessaloniki. Tiny, nowhere to sit. After all - never again. The only advantage of Arda Tur is a good website with a proper ticket which has info about a meeting point, etc.
