Ist ja schon seltsam, dass Flixzug erst 30 Minuten vorher informiert. Die haben das mit Sicherheit schon früher gewusst? Wollten aber, dass wir nicht auf einen Wettbewerber umbuchen. Aufgrund der wenigen Zeit die uns blieb, haben dann umgebucht auf Flixbus. Und sind dadurch 5 Stunden später in Berlin angekommen. Wir hatten um 15 Uhr einen wichtigen Termin in Berlin. Wäre der Flixzug gefahren, dann wären wir um 13:14 Uhr in Berlin angekommen. Da wir mit dem Flixbus fahren mussten, sind erst um 18:25 Uhr in Berlin angekommen. Eine Rückerstattung von 50 % des Fahrpreises gibt es auch nicht, weil wir ja umgebucht haben auf Flixbus. Das hat Flix schon clever gemacht, halt auf Kosten seiner Kunden!
