Moje sjedalo je bilo također neispravno i pomicalo se cijelo vrijeme naprijed nazad u nagibu. Wc neispravan i zakljucan. Grijanje radi bez obzira na vanjsku temperaturu. Promet na WiFi ogranicen na 200Mb. Cijeli autobus se trese pri nekoj brzini. Nije mi jasno kako takav autobua prođe dnevni tehnicki pregled a kamoli mjesecni/ godisnji.

Iako je u busu bilo samo nekoliko putnika jedan od njih je bio izrazito naporan i trebalo je puno strpljenja da ga se istrpi od Dubrovnika do Splita . Tako da sve pohvale za gospodina Igora Živkovića.

Ja i moj dečko smo kupili jednosmjernu kartu od Dubrovnika prema Zagrebu i mogu reći da smo imali totalno nelagodno i neugodno iskustvo, počevši od vozača Flix autobusa do samog autobusa. Vozači su bili izrazito neugodni i nesusretljivi, na svako pitanje koje smo im postavili su bahato odgovarali, u vezi stajanja za odlazak na WC, pojačavanje klima uređaja jer je svim putnicima u zadnjem dijelu autobusa bilo nehumano vruće, da bi se ispostavilo da je klima u autobusu pokvarena, ali samo u zadnjem dijelu??? Iako je autobus opremljen WC-om, vozači niti su imali ključ, niti su pokazali ikakav interes da nam pomognu, uz to, rekli su da svoj prigovor ako nam već smeta pošaljemo putem maila, a mislim da se većina može složiti s tim da slanje maila u kasne jutarnje sate neće pomoći nečijem mjehuru!? Ovo je zasigurno zadnje putovanje s ovom kompanijom, a da ne pričamo o tome kako vozači ne vode računa niti o dodijeljenom broju sjedala za svakog putnika, već svatko može sjedti gdje hoće (iako svi imaju svoj broj sjedala jer su morali kupiti kartu), do toga da je došlo i do svađe između dva putnika.
