The bus picked me up and departed on time. The first driver was good but the 2nd driver was using wrong gears often . There was no air-conditioning on the bus but driver had the fan on which was blowi ... The bus picked me up and departed on time. The first driver was good but the 2nd driver was using wrong gears often . There was no air-conditioning on the bus but driver had the fan on which was blowing warm air into the bus. We had over 15 stops but was allowed out 4 times for 20 minutes at a time. The times we weren't allowed out , of he driver switched off the bus and it instantly became like an air fryer inside. We could not breathe. Another lady with Asthma got very ill. The toilet was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. When someone had to use the toilet,the smell came over the ducts and the smell was overwhelming. We arrived about 5 hours late in durban. The toilet had floor was floating with urine about 5 cm in height. One had to stand in that to use the toilet. You guys have so many offices / pick up points, why don't you hire cleaners to clean the toilet. Absolutely horrible experience and I will never ever recommend your bus service to anyone in my entire life
