Na nástupiště jsme přišli včas, bohužel jsme se však dostali do velmi nepříjemné situace. Na informační tabuli nebyla zobrazena žádná informace o odjezdu ani o nástupišti a zároveň nebylo učiněno žádné hlasové oznámení. Kvůli nedostatku jakéhokoli upozornění jsme neměli možnost včas zareagovat. V důsledku toho nám autobus ujel a nyní nám hrozí, že nestihneme let. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o mezinárodní cestu a navazující letecký spoj, považujeme tuto situaci za velmi stresující a nepřijatelnou. Očekáváme od dopravce větší odpovědnost, jasnou komunikaci a dodržování jízdního řádu, zejména v situacích, kdy i několik minut může mít pro cestující vážné následky.
