Wir rechnen immer mit Verspätungen, aber jetzt müssen wir damit rechnen, dass sie viel früher als geplant abfahren? Es ist unmöglich, sie telefonisch zu erreichen, also habe ich mit dem Customer Service gechattet, aber sie waren auch nicht hilfreich und haben gesagt, dass der Zug pünktlich war. Ich habe auf ihrer eigenen Website einen Screenshot der Zugfahrt gemacht und darauf hingewiesen, dass der Zug 30 Minuten früher abgefahren ist, und der Customer Service hat weiterhin gesagt, dass die Information auf ihrer Website unrichtig war. Deshalb sagten sie, sie könnten mein Ticket nicht erstatten. Das Rückticket konnte nur als Gutschein erstattet werden und die Stornierungsgebühr war sehr hoch. Am Ende habe ich fast nichts zurückbekommen. Ich vermute also, dass sie einen unsichtbaren Zug haben, der "pünktlich" ankam und abfuhr, weil ich 20 Minuten vor der ursprünglichen Abfahrtszeit dort war und diesen Zug nicht gesehen habe. Auf Portugiesisch gibt es ein Sprichwort, das so lautet: „Das Billige wurde teuer.“ Diese sollte meine erste Reise mit Flixtrain sein, aber jetzt werde ich nie mehr mit ihnen reisen.
