U autobusu je bilo premalo zraka i putovanje mi je bilo izuzetno neugodno. Razmak između sjedala je jako mali i nisam imala dovoljno mjesta za noge, što bi duže putovanje učinilo gotovo nepodnošljivim. Očekivala sam puno bolju uslugu. Nažalost, ne bih preporučila FlixBus i sigurno ću razmotriti druge opcije za putovanje.

Firma ovim izborom daje jasnu poruku koliko drži i poštuje nas kao putnike ,našu sigurnost jer da mi je bilo što trebalo to dvoje djelatnika me ne razumiju a ja naravno u svojoj državi ne trebam znati engleski jezik . Katastrofa! Ne krivim vozače, iako i tu treba veća doza ljudskosti i profesionalnosti u trenutku kad se nešto događa, da putnici budu obaviješteni o istome!
