The system to recline the bus was broken. The seat was forwad facing and caused me to have neck and back pains. On top of that the rubber under the seat was missing and all the metal was exposed. Was being scratched all the time i tried to move. Ontop of that the drivers were very rude and sexist. They took the contents of my cooler box whilst other males continued to board with their own. During the trip some males got drunk and were harassing me and my friends but they did nothing. And would proceed to stop in the middle of the road so that the said males could relieve themselves. When i tried to talk to them, they would not hear me out. Ontop of that i never received my stuff back when i disembarked. Not happy at all!!!
