We have spent 6 hours, we are hungry, we are also thirsty, the toilet is smelling. We received messages saying other bus is coming in 45 minutes. Still nothing, we booked an early bus so that we will arrive early in Johannesburg and get transport to where we stay. Now we have to borrow money hence we will arrive late, there will be no public transport. Our safety is compromised, Greyhound is incompetent. I'm angry and disappointed

The abuse my son and I endured was so horrific. When I arrived at the bust station I asked the receptionist to reserve two seats for me because I was travelling with a toddler and I booked two tickets. She said there is nothing she can do because is already coming from Durban and there are already passengers in the bus. What I should do is get on the bus first secure my seat then load my bag I did exactly that and the bus ( which came late as usual coz they don’t respect people’s time) started moving leaving my bag behind I spoke to the driver and the assistant about my bag being left behind and ohh my gosh those men are losers I hate them so much they started shouting at me, screaming at me telling how stupid I am all this in front of my son. The bust stopped and I had to run back for my bag I told them I needed two seats and the assistant said I should ask the passengers to move myself . Please don’t use this bus especially if you are a woman travelling with children coz they absolutely HATE women and children. We are just an inconvenience to them Greyhound should have stayed liquidated to save us all the misery cause honestly their service has gone to the dogs. I will never again use this trash bus.

We had to wait for the bus that was from Durban an we wa ... I was travelling from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. Just after we passed Howick, the bus overheating so the driver could drive any further. We had to wait for the bus that was from Durban an we waited for good 2 hours, there was no communication from the driver until the passengers enquired as to what the issue. We arrived in JHB 2 hours late. This was the horrible trip I’ve had and i wouldn’t recommend Intercape to anyone.
