We were notified to be at the bus terminal at at least 14H15 and departure was scheduled for 14H45 and I arrive in Mbombela at 19H15.Everyone was there before the scheduled time but we were so disappo ... We were notified to be at the bus terminal at at least 14H15 and departure was scheduled for 14H45 and I arrive in Mbombela at 19H15.Everyone was there before the scheduled time but we were so disappointed because the bus was an hour and couple minutes late and no one had the decency to notify us about the delay,we traveled from Pretoria to Mbombela and only arrived at 21H15,we struggled with transport to our places and spend lot money unnecessary because nothing was planned for late arrival with no communication.Thanks Big Sky but I won't bother myself using it again.I travel with Cityliner or Greyhound lots of time but I didn't experience this not disappointing service.
