I came to the station at 9:10 and I saw on the screen that my bus depar ... I came to the station at 9:10 and I saw on the screen that my bus departs from 22 plataform and I was waiting there more than an hour because apparently was delayed (please find the pictures attached). After one hour and a half I went to the Regioject information Window and your colleagues told me that I had misses the bus when I was waiting since 9:10 in the platform and the screen information still showed that the bus was delay.... very very dissapointing! I have bought 2 extra tickets to take the bus at 11:30 but I ask for the refund the money for the tickets that I bought for the 9:30 bus ( 21 Euros) Im on holidays here, I spent almost the full morning on the bus station and Im really upset about this situation. The company should be secure and reconfirm that the information on the screens is correct. Wainting for your response. Thank you!
