Der zweite wurde nicht angezeigt, auch wenn er zu spät kam. Keine Informationen zum Bus von Gdingen nach Prag. In solchen Fällen wird man von Busbahnhofmitarbeitern automatisch auf die Flixbus-Hotline verwiesen, ohne überhaupt daran zu denken, dass die Hotline von Freitagabend bis Montagmorgen unbesetzt wäre. Die Geschäftsführung von Flixbus will sich mit dieser Angelegenheit nicht befassen und verweist darauf, dass es keinen Mechanismus zur Einflussnahme auf die Betreiber gibt, die die Abfahrtstafel überwachen. Und wer sollte über den Einflussmechanismus verfügen? Die Kundschaft? Diese Haltestellen werden jedoch nicht im Voraus erwähnt und die Passagiere sind gezwungen, mehrere Stunden lang wie "lebendiges Fleisch" reisen zu müssen. Die Unternehmensleitung verfügt über Vorschriften und wörtliche Formulierungen zur Einschränkung der Freiheit und grundlegender Annehmlichkeiten der Passagiere, es fehlen jedoch Vorschriften dafür, dass sich die Passagiere in einem bestimmten Komfortbereich bleiben würden. Ein günstiger Ticketpreis befreit nicht von der Einhaltung der Grundregeln für die Beschaffung zumindest einer Grundausstattung unter Berücksichtigung der Grundbedürfnisse.
