Intercape bus is nonsense I will never recommend it to anyone even if it's for free, I don't see myself traveling with their bus in life.....I bought 2 tickets from Polokwane >>jhb, jhb>>> Durban..the bus was supposed to depart at 11:40 from polokwane they started to send us sms saying the bis is 2hrs delayed, after that 2 hours they sent another one saying is 4 hours delayed their last message was at 14;00 saying the bus is 7hours minutes delayed just imagine customers standing in the garage stranded waiting from the transport worse no one is informing us we had to use our airtime to call and they'll taking us from pillar to post lying to us saying the but is minutes away from us coming to fetch us...I missed the bus from Jhb to Durban I had to sleep in jhb so I can fetch the first bus in the morning. Their service is very very poor n their agents with stinky attitude....
