Nous avons appris plus tard que la compagnie regiojet nous avait envoyé un mail quelques minutes avant le départ du bus pour nous informer du numéro de quai. Cependant, au moment de l achat du billet, nous n avions pas été prévenu de ce mode de communication. C'est un scandale ! Nous avons été obligés de racheter un autre billet pour Prague. Toutes nos demandes de remboursement ont été rejetées. Ne voyagez pas avec cette compagnie malhonnête et pas fiable.
