One passenger said her bag was stolen from the bus. She lost her laptop and important documents. The bus staff ignored her and shouted at her and this situation took us also some more minutes!!! I was also treated very badly. Two bus staff members shouted at me and told me to change my seat. They even threatened me with the police and said they would throw my suitcase out!!!! They were yelling two of them like animal at the women!discrimination!!They drivers overuse their power!. I was scared and stressed really bad!There were free seats in the front, and my ticket has seat number. Yes but all the seats at the bus are not numbered at all!!So Why I can’t seat in front and needed to be pushed really aggressively!!Never happed like this with Flixbus!!!I feel really sorry that I decided to travel with this company!!! Don’t buy from there !!!go with Flixbus!
