Porfavor OUIGO tomar medidas y hacer algo al respecto que el billete me costó 20€ cada uno 40€ en total, entiendo que sea un compañía barata pero esto es inaceptable prefiero pagar más y tener la comodidad y seguridad de Renfe

Ahora claro q te ofrecen pagar el servicio del cambio que son 60 euros más la diferencia del precio. Solo pierdo mi dinero
