The bus was overbooked and overloaded, which not only caused delays but also raised serious safety concerns. Their luggage policy is inconsistent and unprofessional, instead of adhering to the standard rates listed on their website, staff charged excessive fees and attempted to negotiate on the spot. This lack of transparency is frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, the bus was loaded with luggage belonging to passengers who weren’t even on board, leaving some travelers being told that their own suitcases would have to follow on a later bus. This is highly disorganized and puts commuters at unnecessary risk. As a result of this chaotic overloading, we departed late. Although the drivers did apologize, their explanation felt more like an excuse than a genuine attempt to address the issue. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and concerned about the professionalism and safety standards of this service.
