Başta “isteyen gidip gelebilir” denilmesine rağmen, şoför birden bire agresif bir şekilde bağırmaya başladı. “Gidemezsiniz, sizi beklemek zorunda değiliz!” şeklinde kaba bir üslupla tepki gösterdi. Bu esnada anneme karşı son derece saygısız ve hakaret içeren sözler sarf etti. Küfür etmesi ve insanlara bu şekilde davranması kabul edilemez. Özellikle bir kadına yönelik bu tarz bir yaklaşım son derece çirkin ve üzücüdür. Firmadan beklentimiz, personel seçimine daha fazla özen gösterilmesi ve yolcuların konforu ile güvenliğinin sağlanmasıdır.
