I used Intercape a few times for the past 2 years. The bus drivers are always just unfriendly and provides minimum assistance, irregardless of the trip taken. There is supposedly no stop to use the restrooms between East London and Kokstad, which is quite a long stretch. A very unfriendly driver let me use an unauthorized rest room at one of the stops. They don't announce where we are and treat people with a sense of irritation and that the passengers are stupid. I have a special need ..accute cronic asthma, and always request to sit in front of the bus. The drivers does not allow people in the front row, and this is always a request to sit in the front. The drivers get highly irritable about this request, even when I show them that I have informed by means of an email. Being a company with Christian bases,, please correct the drivers...customer care...humble...assisting
