The service was disgusting and disappointing, and I would never recommend this bus company to anyone. Upon boarding, we were ordered to store our bags without any tagging or tracking system. The drivers were arrogant, rude, and lacked basic work ethics. Instead of assistance, they offered intimidation. In Komani, we were told to change buses, but there was no space available. It became clear that the drivers were accepting bribes and allowing people to board without proper bookings. This was shocking and unacceptable. The bus was overloaded from Komani to Bloemfontein, with passengers forced to sit on the floor. To make matters worse, the bathroom was out of order, and we were not allowed to use it, after arguing with the driver he only stopped at Bloemfontein. The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic human decency makes this bus company a hazard to passengers. Avoid them at all costs. I will never use this bus ever.

Once arrived @ the bus station in East london in station , the ilula office made a announcement that we will be traveling with a sprinter to the destination of Queenstown where we will find our taking us to JHB but when we arrived @ Queenstown around half past 6 to 7 there was only one bus REG: KH74THGP and we were more then 70 passengers and the bus only takes 55 passengers. We waited until this morning half past 3 where the bus started to drive not even more then 5km then we suddenly got stopped from traffic control offices and they impounded the bus and now we are stranded currently with no option. The drivers of the bus tried calling the boss but they said the boss is not answering and her is not even responding right now

Lastly the bus had no fucken breaks you guys will kill passengers I believe that all buses are supposed to checked and serviced before departure imagine a distance from EL to GP with a bus that is not stable and has no breaks I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone more especially if you have kids to travel with it can be cheap but I guess it’s best to pay the bigger amount than risking your life.
