From the start, the staff were rude and unprofessional, which set the tone for the entire trip. The bus was uncomfortable, and the pillow had a strong smell of sweat. But the real nightmare happened after all the other passengers had gotten off at their stops. We were among the last to remain on the bus, and shortly after, my purse went missing. My purse contained my passport and other valuables. The only people left on the bus were the two staff members and us. I cannot believe this happened, and it’s clear that this company cannot be trusted with your belongings. Many buses are booked through brokers, so I had no idea who I was actually booking with, but I will make sure to never make that mistake again. If you value your safety and your possessions, do NOT book with this company.
