I was very disappointed that my return trip back to Geneva was moved up 1.5hrs the night before. I had to cut short my activity that day, rush to get to the bus station, only to arrive at the airport ~5hrs before my flight. This was excessively early. I couldn't even check my bags for another 2.5hrs, which was also frustrating because I had 4 bags, 2 of them very heavy sporting equipment bags. Worse yet, their customer service was not helpful at all, saying the change was to better serve me, repeating that point several times. It was like I was corresponding with a glitching AI. This was a bad way to cut short my vacation in Chamonix.

Appel au Service client : "effectivement le chauffeur est en retard il y a des embouteillages". On croit rêver... Surtout les embouteillages pour "monter" à Chamonix un dimanche après midi je n'y crois pas 1 sec. Mon fils a du prendre un autre car en catastrophe, a faillit louper son avion, et ALPINE FLEET a refusé de me rembourser, me proposant généreusement 10% de remise sur ma prochaine réservation ! Une honte absolue FUYEZ

We booked an online transfer from Geneva airport to Chamonix for 7:00 PM, and when we arrived at the stand about 10 minutes before the scheduled time, we were informed that w ... An authentic disaster. We booked an online transfer from Geneva airport to Chamonix for 7:00 PM, and when we arrived at the stand about 10 minutes before the scheduled time, we were informed that we would have to wait 45 minutes for all the people going to Chamonix to arrive. It was delayed to the point that we only left at 8:20 PM without any explanation or an apology for the situation. On the return trip, a week later, we confirmed with the company that the departure from Chamonix would indeed be at 8:55 AM as we had initially booked, and they responded the night before that the transfer would leave at 9:15 AM. After insisting and explaining that we had a flight at 12:00 PM to catch, the transfer arrived with a 50-minute delay from the initially scheduled time, causing us to miss our flight. The policy of this company really leaves much to be desired, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Bus qui part de Chamonix 1/4 heure en retard, le chauffeur qui ne parle qu'italien décide de s'arrêter 25 minutes sur une aire de stationnement sans autre raison que sa convenance personnelle et une fois arrivé à destination, il erre 1 heure et demie parce qu'il ne connaît pas l'adresse de la agre routière. Des passagers ont raté leur correspondance en train ou avion. Aucun dédommagement de la part de Blablacar, la pire entreprise de transports en bus. A EVITER ABSOUMENT.
