We bought tickets for a bus scheduled to leave Cape Town at 17:30, but the bus only departed at 22:00 with no explanation or proper communication. ... As if that wasn’t enough, we are now stuck in Kirkwood for another 5 hours, and the driver hasn’t given us any updates or information about what’s happening. The complete lack of communication and consideration for passengers is unacceptable. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional travel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Intercape based on this trip.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUS TO ANYONE EVER. Horrible service, it was 2 and a half hours late and they did not even bother to inform us of the delay. The drivers are arrogant and rude. The drivers are arrogant and rude. Horrible and Dangerous driving, just because he was late he thought speeding and overtaking other cars would make up for the lost time. When we got to Queenstown we were told to board another bus where it was so full there were no seats left and we were forced to stand. They drivers are ignorant, they don't care about anyone unless they're making money. They even left other people stranded there. Everything was a mess nje and we waited another 2 hours in Queenstown because of the unorganized boarding sh*t.

I have never been frustrated and disappointed like that in my life. My bus was suppose to leave CT at 19h00 it only arrived at 02h45 AM. I was at CT station from 17h30. I was at CT station from 17h30. I started to panic around 18h00 when the 18h00 bus was no where to be seen and one of the bus employees jockingly said the 18h00 bus will be available at 21h00, little did i know that i will be at the station for nine hours before my departure, Im still hurt.
