Because the bus only stopped 3 times for the 18-hour trip from Potchefstroom to Cape Town, we had to use the bus's toilet, that was not clean at all. There was also a very rude passenger who was on the complaint line for hours in the early hours of the morning, complaining about the bus not stopping enough for passenger to climb out, keeping everyone awake. Beaufort-West was the last stop, until we reached Cape Town, I also feel that the bus could have stopped one more time. The experience was not a good one.

Upon waiting for over half an hour ut the busstop to return at 14h00 on 9/2/2025, the bus did not show up and at 14h30 when phoned driver said you missed the bus and should take next bus the following day!! Had to book AND pay for new ticket but this was Greyhound driver's fault!!!
