FlixBus

FlixBus GmbH was founded in 2011 in Munich and has become one of the biggest coach companies in Germany. Currently, its buses serve 2671 cities in Germany and its neighbouring countries. In total you can find 717701 connections in the FlixBus timetables. Its network extends from Lisbon to Bucharest and from southern Sicily to northern Scandinavia. FlixBus is represented by local subsidiaries, including FlixBus Italia, FlixBus France and FlixBus Nordics, and consequently has over 1,200 destinations in over 20 countries in Europe.

The merger of FlixBus and MeinFernbus: On 7 January 2015 the two coach companies FlixBus and MeinFernbus merged into a joint venture. Tickets booked for one of the respective bus operators remain valid without restrictions. In 2018, FlixBus opened its first overseas connections in the United States.

I traveled from london to florance 25 sep 2019. from paris I had bus co ... I traveled from london to florance 25 sep 2019. from paris I had bus connection N1729 direction Rome .but the bus stoped halfe way for 4 houres. I sapose to arrive in florace 5.15 in the morning and I had family wedding 10am in florance becouse they took long houres to change another buse I arraived 12.oo oklock.so I tried to contact by email the company, but they didn't responed my email.when I asked the lady was sitting near me she toled me she has got a text message from the company she will have full refuned. I don't aunder why they didn't texet me beacouse we where in the same bus. What ever it takes I need my refuned. I have the worest expirenec with filex bus company.

DO NOT USE! The worst coach company I have ever used and will never use again. We planned on three destinations going via coach for each of them. 1 coach was two hours late and the other just didn ... DO NOT USE! We wasn’t informed at all, we had to call FlixBus for them to say we would we need to find alternate transport. We STILL have not been compensated for this. Disgusting and unprofessional.

I have booked a ticket with yourselves for Monday 1st July on the 11pm coach from Paris to Bayonne. I have received a text from you this morning to say it has been cancelled and you have booked me onto another coach leaving at 01.50am. I have checked departures on your website and it is stating that the original coach at 11pm is full, not cancelled. I bought a ticket for that coach and that is the coach I want to be in. Secondly the alternative coach you booked me on isn’t going to Bayonne, and is going to biarritz which is over an hour away. I have another coach to catch a bayonne at 12.15 on the 2nd July so need to go to Bayonne. Can someone contact me to sort this out. This is not what I bought and not what I want and shouldn’t be penalised or out of pocket to try to rectify your mistake

I can only use my credit card so they will keep until I found a cash machine! at the ferry. Am trying to get whole of customers service but there's no such... I am not happy at all. I booked a ticket the 19 of December to Paris. I left at 8pm and arrived at Paris before 4am we supposed to arrived at 5am. Then on my way back. I left Paris the 2nd of January ... I am not happy at all. I booked a ticket the 19 of December to Paris. I left at 8pm and arrived at Paris before 4am we supposed to arrived at 5am. Then on my way back. I left Paris the 2nd of January and the coach arrived at 3am!! Instead of 6am!!. I have to wait outside now until the underground opens. It is unacceptable! There is a like of respect and care of your customers. I will not use your services anymore.

I did want to privately make the company aware of this but that has not been an easy find. Today at the bus stop in Zagreb one of the flexi bus drivers was smoking in side the bus and on the platform ... I did want to privately make the company aware of this but that has not been an easy find. Today at the bus stop in Zagreb one of the flexi bus drivers was smoking in side the bus and on the platform directly outside of the bus whilst there was no passengers actually seated on the bus, this is disgusting. Smoking causes massive harm to not only the smoker but also anyone around.
