FlixBusFlixBus GmbH was founded in 2011 in Munich and has become one of the biggest coach companies in Germany. Currently, its buses serve 2325 cities in Germany and its neighbouring countries. The merger of FlixBus and MeinFernbus: On 7 January 2015 the two coach companies FlixBus and MeinFernbus merged into a joint venture. If there was a negative rating option I would give it negative - 3 stars ... If there was a negative rating option I would give it negative - 3 stars. The price is cheap but don't expect a good service. Firstly, I don't expect the drivers to be jolly and all but both drivers I have encountered had an attitude towards the customers, they were unhelpful and rude. I am a student traveling first time from Heathrow to Swansea , I was a bit ignorant about where to stop since it was my first time traveling to Swansea. I got off at Swansea Bay campus Station, the driver hurried me off the bus quickly which was not pleasant at all. While he hurried me off the bus I lost one of my luggage as I was very nervous and not familiar with the place. While being yelled at, I lost one of my luggage. I was advice to fill out a lost and found form and called on phone the customer service, nothing came through. In conclusion, read the reviews before purchasing any service

I've had several bad coach experiences, however they have typically been resolved following delays through companies accepting they are at fault. This company drove a bus last week which had to be sto ... I've had several bad coach experiences, however they have typically been resolved following delays through companies accepting they are at fault. This company drove a bus last week which had to be stopped by other motorists as the front was falling off and water dripping into the engine (endangering its passengers), yet still refuses to accept blame, claiming that 'delays are unavoidable', and simply reciting its terms and conditions which restrict refunds if a bus reaches it's destination (which is ridiculous in itself). Do not bother with this bus service unless you do not need to be anywhere urgently within an 8 hour mark, and are ready to be fucked over.

At around 20.30 on Tuesday 24 of august, I was coming back from work travelling from Camden to St Albans, I was waiting to access the M1 at the traffic light where there are 2 lanes. A flixbus was waiting behind me at the traffic light. As the light turned green both lanes started merging onto the M1, the car beside me was a Vauxhall corsa and we were both picking up speed around 50 miles , but I suddenly heard the bus behind me starting beeping (several times} ,tailgating and accelerating aggressively, my aim was to join the slower lane and move out of this aggressive driver, but he started coming very close onto my right side and pushing me into the lane, he finally cleared in front of me and I carried on driving in the slow lane at around 60/65 miles , in the Uk there are no limit on how slow you can drive on the Motorways but I estimate that I was leaving both of the fast lanes free for faster drivers and after being awake since 5 in the morning and finishing work at 19.30 I did not want to drive back dangerously home. 60/65 isn’t slow 70 being the faster speed authorised. By that time my anger at the driver for his dangerous driving had dissipated and was just carrying on my journey. Only when he left the motorway for the M1 services before junction 4, he then obviously mocked me by signing with his hand to slow down, he was doing this continuously till he disappeared out of sight. I then decided that this kind of behaviour should be reported, I did not do or respond aggressively to this person, if the drivers get irritable or tired by their long journeys it isn’t my responsibility. This person should be able to be trusted by the costumers he drives around and drive safely.

Took the bus from Leeds to london, 28 degree today and the central heating is on with no air conditioning. Complain to the driver, who replied with an attitude and refused to stop it.

Lousy service!!! Booked tickets waited for over 2 hours for my coach from Nottingham but it didn’t show up. I had to buy a ticket for national express the next day. They are not reliable. Avoid

They were good..ish. now they allow any company into the fold. Seats are getting cramped. Toilet operation is a hit & miss. Seat reservation is not always available. Service depends on the operator. Many people say first bus is the worst company.. they’re not half as bad as this bus service. People cramped into a bus, with no social distancing.. oh wait, you’ve got to pay extra to sit next to you ... People cramped into a bus, with no social distancing.. oh wait, you’ve got to pay extra to sit next to your travellers.. yeah, don’t bother paying that.. they’ll just cancel it, not refund you, and put you on a bus that doesn’t even stop at the stop it’s supposed to! You’ll be thrown on a bus, not sat with your fellow travellers you’ve paid an extra ancillery fee for with someone you don’t know breathing all over you, because their mask is around their chin. Mmmm free covid. Like kids playing baby shark over and over again whilst dropping wotsits all over you? How about people with their callus ridden feet out all over the seats.. flixbus is for you. Honestly, I’m trying to make light of the situation, but it’s genuinely horrific. Feel free to contact them.. oh wait, their number isn’t operating on a Sunday, but their services are…? Honestly shut this shambles of a company down.

Travelled from Manchester today. Brand new bus with broken toilet, to a pretty low spec (No power, USB or WiFi) and missing safety equipment seen on other UK coaches. Driver consistently sped on exit ... Travelled from Manchester today. Brand new bus with broken toilet, to a pretty low spec (No power, USB or WiFi) and missing safety equipment seen on other UK coaches. Driver consistently sped on exit from Manchester, braking for the plentiful speed cameras and undertaking cars. Crass 'Hi-de-Hi' PA announcements. Also used outside lane on motorway to overtake. Worse. No mention of Covid restrictions (coach was labelled though) and no mention of masks of which only a third of the passengers were wearing. I guess if you're looking for cheap, you get what you pay for. Won't use again thanks.
